SHIPPING
We ship Priority USPS with delivery confirmation.  We make every effort to ship orders within one week of placement, but some orders could take up to 3 -6 weeks for processing and delivery. A confirmation email will be sent upon shipment, with a USPS tracking number to track your package.

For our International customers, we are always happy to provide an estimate on shipping. Please contact us via email so that we may calculate the total. Unfortunately, each International package shipping fee is unique, depending upon size, weight, and destination country.

If an item is back ordered, you'll be notified as soon as possible. In the event of a "one of a kind" back order, we can arrange to recreate the item, and ship it to you as soon as it's dry!

RETURNS
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund.  Please reference your order number and include your request for return or exchange in the return shipment.

Please Note: All returns must be made within 14 days.

If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
